What is Proclusive?+

Proclusive is a vetted network for the built environment — connecting owners, developers, designers, and contractors on high‑trust projects.

How does the vetting process work?+

We review your business information, licensing, insurance, portfolio, and references. Once submitted, applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours.

Why do you ask for tax information (TIN / EIN)?+

We collect your TIN/EIN solely for compliance and W‑9 matching. It is encrypted, stored securely, and never displayed in your public profile.

How do referrals and commissions work?+

When you submit a referral, you can choose standard or custom commission terms. Standard terms give you 2.0% of project value; Proclusive receives 0.5% of your commission.
